  • BR-PN-TS-001 — Business Rule Name : Declarant identification number ; Application Validation Rule : The 'DECLARANT/Identification number' is a valid EORI number. ; Error reason : BER0001

  • BR-PN-TS-006 — Business Rule Name : Address ; Application Validation Rule : The 'ADDRESS/Street' and 'ADDRESS/Number' are optional attributes when the 'ADDRESS/PoBox' is completed. In all other cases, the 'ADDRESS/Street' and 'ADDRESS/Number' are mandatory. ; Error reason : BEC0006
  • BR-PN-TS-007 — Business Rule Name : Post code ; Application Validation Rule : The 'ADDRESS/Post code' is optional is case the 'ADDRESS /Iso2 country code' is part of code list (CL733) with post code data level 'C'. In all other cases, the 'ADDRESS/Post code' is mandatory. Note: not in all countries the post code address attribute is applicable. This business rule verifies if for the mentioned country (country code), the post code is applicable or not.   • BR-PN-TS-010 — Business Rule Name : Arrival transport means identification type ; Application Validation Rule : When the 'ARRIVAL TRANSPORT MEANS/Identification type' = '10', the 'ARRIVAL TRANSPORT MEANS/Identification number' is a valid IMO ship identification number. The identification is made of three letters "IMO" followed by a six digit unique number and a check digit. Example: IMO1924100 'IMO'+'192410'+'0', with last digit as check digit (7x1 + 6x9 + 5x2 + 4x4 + 3x1 + 2x0 = 90) ; Error reason : BER0010

    5. Business validation activation pre-lodged TSD and error reason

    During the activation attempt of a pre-lodged Temporary Storage Declaration with a Presentation Notification, it is possible one or more errors are encountered. In such case the Presentation Notification did not activate a pre-lodged TSD and the status of the Presentation Notification is updated to “Not linked”. The pre-lodged TSD remains “pre-lodged” and remains available for activation by another Presentation Notification.

    • BR-PN-TS-307 — Business Rule Name : CRN ; Application Validation Rule : The Presentation Notification 'CRN' should refer to a Temporary Storage Declaration.   Note: The CRN value present in the Presentation Notification does not refer to a pre-lodged Temporary Storage Declaration which is known in the system. ; Error reason : BER0307
