Le champ “countries of routing of consignment” doit contenir une liste de pays : (IE3F11, IE3F14, IE3F15)
- 1er pays de la liste : celui du placeOfAcceptance = pays du port of loading (route du BL)
- 2e pays de la liste : celui du placeOfDelivery = pays du last port of destination (route du BL)
- les good items sont envoyés dans l’ordre chronologique croissant (de 1 à n).
- Chaque numéro de good item doit être unique et séquentiel, en commençant par 1.
si le BL ne contient que des cargos de type RORO alors mettre container indicator = 0 et donc ne pas mettre la balise transportEquipment

Gestion du LRN après invalidation
Si une notification IE3F11 est envoyée après réception d’une IE3R07, un suffixe “-X” est ajouté au LRN pour le différencier du précédent.
